Commercial Fencing for Apartments

This project was completed at an apartment complex in Mindarie. The developers required us to build a variety of fences, privacy screens and gates in a matching black Allara blade design.

After the design phase, all fencing panels were manufactured in our factory and then transported on site by our installers. The team carried out installation onto existing surfaces including limestone retaining walls, garden beds, concrete, ceilings, walls and pavers.

The types of fencing installed, included semi-frameless balcony balustrade but was primarily focused around the black powder-coated Allara blade fencing. This was used to create privacy and security on all sides of the building and for safety on upper floor balconies. The project also featured a custom aircon cover screens powder-coated to match the black Alarra blade fencing.

The complex featured several entry points, a side entry gate, security gate with soft closing hinges and an automatic sliding driveway entry.

A front view of the apartment complex gives it a simple yet sleek feel that complements the stunning view of the marina.
